- Quotation Validity: 

   6 months against issue date unless other wises notice. 

- Samples delivery: 

   Samples will be dispatch only upon quoted prices acceptance. Freight cost on customers. 

- Delivery term

   1.) Air shipment over USD 3500 : FCA Taiwan 

   2.) Air shipment less than USD 3500: EXW Tawian

   3.) Sea shipment over USD 6000 : FOB Taiwan

   4.) Sea shipment less than USD 6000: EXW Taiwan

- Payment method: 

  1.) T/T

- Lead time

  Standard  lead time is 5 weeks. Miilu will do its best efforts to fulfill customers' request lead time but does

   not responsible for any loss if delay caused by any reason.

- Order cancellation

   Customers' order cancellation or changes should be inform within 3 days after orders placing, or any costs

   occured will be charged to  customers. 

- MOQ 

  Customer order quantities should match standard packing quantity in order for control warehouse operation

- Returned goods

  Any defective or errors for which Miilu is responsibile will be promptly rectified. Approval for returned goods

  must be requested by us. All products returned must be purchased from Miilu within 6 months from invoice

  date and mcct packed and shipped in clean and resellable condition. Credit for returned goods shall only be

  allowed by receiving Miilu's official credit note after above requirements have been meet.
